This School was established in the year 1975 and located at Air Force Station, Faridabad.
The School is being run under the aegis of ‘Air Force Educational and Cultural Society’, a non-profit making welfare institution registered under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. The IAF Educational and Cultural Society is a registered body under Societies Registration ACT 1860 vide Registration No. S/11214 of 1980. The society’s primary objective is promotion of education, fine arts & culture and diffusion of useful knowledge mainly amongst the past and present employees of IAF, their children and families. School is registered with the society side Registration No. PS/66/WAC/2011. The School is co-educational, English medium and runs classes from LKG to Class V. School has strived to develop and consolidate a quality education system without any rank or gender bias.
Air Force School Faridabad strives for developing Physical, social, moral, intellectual and emotional development of the students and also it provides opportunities to develop creativity among students, encourage the students to work in groups and develop confidence, create awareness among the students to protect national and public property, to develop qualities of good citizenship among students, to develop scientific aptitude and attitude and to help in the progress of society and nation. The task of the Air Force School is to enable students to be people –centric and be responsible citizens of the world and to play their unique role in the betterment of society and mankind.
